I would have never imagined Blake for Fenring because the character is so greasy and sketchy but I guess thats part of Villenueve's brilliance and Blakes range. Hopefully we get a DC one day, hmmmm.

Everyone saying Count Fenring but there's another, much more likely role: Edric, the Guild Navigator. He didn't appear in the book but David Lynch's version had him. So he could have factored in this version.

Dune 2, a very good film, but a very different story than the book. If you've not read it, try it, there is so much more going on and so many of the characters got reduced to very 2 dimensional roles. Poor Jessica

Great casting and good directing mean nothing if the story and writing sucks. Not to mention a movie about characters that 99 percent of the world has never heard of, having an overblown budget where returns will be difficult, and it's woke. He should have known better!

I have always had that feeling and just wished like hell I could go back in time and have my surgeon give me Motrin!! And I wish I chose my friend groups more wisely as well. But, I finally kicked the Suboxone back in 2017 and that was harder than kicking the real Oxys, the Codones and the Percs altogether. My Doc had me on the Suboxone for 9 years straight before trying to taper me down and that was because the drug was brand new to the States and we didn’t know it should only be a 1-6 month drug. Even though it’s been just about 7 years off those things, I still have trouble sleeping through the night and I still get the foggy brain. Good Luck to anybody kicking any opioid/opiate/ or synthetic. It can and will be a bitch but it’s worth it.

Christopher Walken was terrible in it but his role was too central to cut. They should have refilmed those scenes with TBN as the emperor.

The Eyes Wide Shut actor was probably Harvey Kietel or Jennifer Jason Leigh. They both had stuff that was cut and reshot with others. Way back when, it was said to be a schedule conflict when Kubrick wanted reshoots months later.

I was lucky enough to meet john rhys-davies at indiana comic con back in march, and when i thanked him for being one of the heroes of my childhood and for the opportunity to meet him he looked so touched, i know he must hear that a lot hut the fact that he thanked *me* made all the difference in the world.
